ordered online to go.. waited for food for 20 minutes no one ever came out for curbside after letting them know we were there.. my husband went inside and they kept saying they didnt get it using our last name.. i went back inside they had are order the whole time. told them my first name thats how they found it. the food was cold by the time we got home and ate. i wont b going back

I've been coming in to this Ihop for years, and I can say today was the worst service I have ever had. My server never came back to check on us all the time we were here. The servers were arguing among themselves and then the food never came out like it was supposed to no powered sugar on the French toast, no blueberries on or in the pancakes, no sauces with the chicken tenders this is horrible. If this continues I recommend people going somewhere else that servers treat you like guests and not a bothersome.
