Waste of time ...looked forward to the new menu,with gluten friendly options...only to arrive and be seated and when ordering be informed they do not have neither the waffles or pancakes,,..simple word of advice remove from menu the items you do not serve

We ended up going to this IHOP after going to the Kingwood location where no one came to greet or seat us. We did get seated quickly at this one and ordered right away. Food took well over 30 minutes for pancakes and breakfast food ...we were about to leave when it finally arrived. Waitresses did not prebus at all nor check if we needed anything (he would have liked hot sauce and drink refill). Took a while after we finished to get a check...at this point they were not nearly busy enough to justify not servicing promptly. I am always sympathetic since I waited tables thru my college years but this was pitiful... I blame it on the management and lack of training for what good service looks like. Every single time I order from this location I never have a complete order. Somethings always missing. ALWAYS! I hate this is the only option I have in New Caney. I DoorDash quite a bit due to working from home. So it’s a pain to have to request for a refund then reorder items that I never received. So now I’m spending more money that I shouldn’t have to if they would’ve just made my order correctly the first time. This has happened on several occasions. I’m completely done with this IHOP.
