I've worked at a five star restaurant so of course I have higher expectations, but i just had to come here to say that these servers touching the food while attempting to carry 6 plates at once without a tray, and having the bottom of some plates touch others' food, is just disgusting. i had to leave because im not going to eat off of these plates after that. absolutely disgusting. and i'll eat almost anything. not to mention the fact that half of the servers are in plain clothes. completely unprofessional. but it is IHOP so you're getting what you pay for... (overpriced food and service for people who don't deserve it but think they do) shameful.
