Second time I've ordered to go in the past few months. First time I arrived on time, and my food hadn't been prepared, so I had to wait an additional almost half hour to get it past the pickup time. This time I arrived and used their system to alert staff that I was ready for curbside pickup. After close to 10 minutes, I went inside and waited patiently for a few minutes. No one came. I attempted to get the attention of several staff and was ignored. I ended up getting my order close to 30 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up after another employee who wasn't even present when I arrived showed up and started picking up the slack. I even tried calling the location's phone number while there to see if I could get someone to talk that way. The phone was never picked up, so I eventually hung up after being on hold for several minutes. When I finally got the order and drove straight home (less than 10 minutes) the food was ice cold. I had to microwave it, because it wasn't even lukewarm anymore. It also didn't taste that good. The eggs were clearly not real scrambled eggs, rather they were the bulk liquid egg stuff. Not good. Basically, the meal was trash.I will NOT be ordering from this location anymore.

Food was fresh and was out in fashionable time.

Worst IHOP. Our server did all she could do. The kitchen and the manager did not. We had a party of 4 on a Sunday at 1pm. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get our meal. The manager was just worthless. He wanted to explain that he only had 2 cooks and he has so many to go orders that the kitchen was a mess. I told him the wait was just the first issue and showed him one hot order (eggs) and one cold order (pancakes). The manager wanted to explain the strawberries were cold so that explained the pancakes being cold. Clearly the pancakes sat while the eggs were finished. The manager was simply an idiot and in way over his head. We tipped the poor server big, but the best tip is not to go to this IHOP. When the manager is clueless, you can't expect anything to change.
