IHOP in Allen

Completely unacceptable! Never get from this location.this was my third getting carry out from them and they always screw up my order.meaning I’m always missing food,they will always short me,out of 6 items I order I always end up with half my order..one time they gave me all my breakfast samplers but no pancakes.smh I don’t understand who they have working there but better training needs to be done.it’s very frustrating when you spent your money and not getting a complete order and they take very long to prepare your food.I’m very unsatisfied with this

Employees was very rude, and was upset due to the fact Employees was working on Christmas. This was shared among coworkers and over heard by customers. Staff was mean and very rude making a statement that Staff could kick family out. What occurred was that there was table to be seated, but the kitchen was backed up. My family was told it would be 5-10 minutes due to this fact. After 10 minutes came by staff shared with new guest it would be 30 minutes. When family asked staff about this staff got rude and shared we could seat down, but we wouldn't get serve till the kitchen catches up. All comments made by staff should not have been made. All the restaurants around my way are short staffed. IHOP at this location still provides great service. Thanks to the night staff!
