The waitress was so intoxicated she fell asleep multiple times while taking our order and slurred every word. When our food arrived there was plastic in it and she reached in and took it out and didn't even offer a new dish.I'm not one to complain but I was very unimpressed by the staff.

Good but getting pricey

Really disappointing. The swedush crepes looked like they'd been eaten once already, were cold and over-cooked. Sausages were undercooked, bacon was rock-hard crispy, hashbrowns burnt... The whole works was inedible. And apparently the curbside pickup means going inside anyway, and, parking elsewhere because other customers park in those spots to go inside and eat. Used to love IHOP but I won't be going back to this one.
