Visiting out of town. Food was good. Atmosphere was great. The landscape and yard was full of weeds. Our waitress asked if we needed anything else and when we requested condiments and an extra plate, it never came. Drinks were never refilled. She lacked the ability of an expected waitress at her stage. IHOP in general has declined in their service and will need an upgra...
