My pancakes were crunchy hard, coffee was cold, ordered lemonade and something was floating around in the drink. We waited 45 mins on pancakes,eggs and sausage. I'm very understanding that EVERYONE is short staffed but cold, hard food, cold coffee and very poor service. Hopefully it was just a bad night for the crew, but if I'm in the area again I will NOT go back. The music was great.

Had breakfast today with my friend. Mariya provided exceptional service as we enjoyed our omelette and eggs with hash browns. When the hash browns arrived not browned and crispy as ordered, she quickly returned with a plate cooked to order, just as he likes them. Thank you for your delightful smile (behind your ) as you also smile with your eyes Mariya. We will be back.

Ihop is so good, I ordered cause I was hungry went with a friend. Had a full blown conversation with server and cook it's rare to have one cause people usually give us our food and we leave. I like that alot, keep it up. :)
