our server Sam was very nice and patient, food was timely and soooo good. not a lot of vegetarian options but thats just a traditional aspect lol. very clean and the lighting was nice. i got the Nuts and Oats pancake plate, my boyfriend got the regular pancake combo and he ate it all before i could get a good picture. he also got the cinnamon pancakes which he had gone soon after the photo was taken. will come again:)

We drove all over town for restaurant and picked IHOP and when we finally got here we thought it be quick and whenever we got here we were sitting in the lobby for an hour and we sat down and we didn't get a waitress for like 20 minutes and we haven't even gotten our drinks or food yet and it's been like 45 minutes and when we finally got seated under our table was soaked it was a puddle and the seat and tables were soaked to off the table where it's also self and there is food everywhere
