IHOP in Richmond

Stood at the entrance for approx. 4-5 minutes before someone came out the back to seat us. Once seated we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to go elsewhere. It was 2pm and the restaurant did not even appear busy. When we left I could see the waitress going to our table to remove the menus. If she would have said "Hello I'll be your waitress we are short staffed, please be Patient. That would have possibly worked. However they said nothing didn't even offer to get our drinks, after sitting for 10minutes.

Didn't eat half of the food.The pancakes was to thick and I requested hard fried eggs it was crispy around the edges,the hash browns paid extra to add onions it was grilled onions on top of the hash browns not cooked within.I hadn't been to IHOP in years went because of convenience due to Cracker Barrel was crowded.I was not satisfied at all.

I've been ordering from this IHOP from Doordash and it's always something missing or wrong. But, I rarely write a review. But, I think this had to be done especially when your paying extra to have it delivered from Doordash. I'm also giving 1 STAR because for my Big Steak Omelet. I said "No Mushrooms" and they still put Mushrooms on it, the Create your own Omelet was (UNDERCOOKED) eggs still running and THEY GAVE ME FRESH FRUIT CUP WITH MOLD ON ALL OF THE FRUITS!!!! Please look at the photos that I have provided! Also, definitely don't order from here unless you are eating inside of the building!!!! So, you can see if your food is cooked/made correctly and if it's not right or has (MOLD) on it, you can talk to a manager or even better corporate! This place has NO STANDARDS on DELIVERING OR SATISFYING THERE CUSTOMERS!!!!
