I do not know where to start. Service was fair server kept forgetting things,order was wrong, asked for refills more than once. Food was awful! My omelet had everything on top not inside and had enough onions and peppers for the whole table, pancakes slightly over cooked, eggs cooked wrong, bread was wrong and dry.

I don't know what has happened to IHOP but me & 2 friends went there early early this morning. There were barely any customers. It took almost 30 minutes to get our coffees & it was cold & disgusting. We asked for a new pot & he never brought it. Our food was horrific, neither one of us received what we ordered & the waiter was just nonchalant about it, like oh well. We didn't even eat 1/2 of our food. It was completely disappointing.

Prices have dramatically increased and quality of food is down. The chicken fried chicken was a frozen breaded patty, sausage barely cooked, raw hash browns, burnt toast, bitter coffee and tough pancakes. Very disappointing breakfast, not to mention expensive.
