***edit the manager called me the next day and refunded my order, was very helpful and nice.Called when I arrived for my pick up and was told my order wasn't ready and hung up on. I waited 25 minutes then went inside and my order was sitting at the pick up counter. Came home and was not given the tres leches pancakes I paid for. The hash browns were over cooked and chewy, the eggs looked like they were microwaved in a bowl as it came in one bowl shaped piece. The burrito we ordered came without any chicken on it. Overall highly disappointed

The food was fresh and tasty! Service was excellent!

I mean, it's what you'd expect from an IHOP. Food came out within reasonable time, waitress checked on us a couple times, and checkout was smooth and quick.
