Chicken parmesan was good but Helen on the night shift was terrible. Watched while my food sat and she was talking and laughing. Had to literally go in the kitchen a get her for her to refresh my drink because trying to wave her down didnt work when I finally got her attention to get my check and drink she didnt speak on either.

I'm not expecting much when it comes to airport food. In fact, I'm expecting it to be pretty bad and overpriced. This place exceeded my low expectations. I had so much time to spare that I wanted to find a sit down place, and I was craving some Italian, so Il Viaggio it was. This is the type of restaurant where you just go to the nearest empty table available. When I had arrived, there was only one waitress, but she got to me very quickly. I ordered my food and drink, and it came out promptly. A few minutes into my meal, there were several more parties that were seating themselves, which resulted in her being very busy, but she was doing well despite how spread thin she was, I total applaud her. Luckily, another waitress started her shift a few minutes later, so they were able to spread it out. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich with a salad instead of fries.
