I ordered delivery off their website (2 salads and 2 soups). It took 3 hours to deliver. I called 4x to find out what was going on spoke to a very rude women who claimed to be the manager. She hung up on me the 2nd time I called. The 4th phone she called the driver to see where he was and he said it was 10 minutes away, it didn't come for another 30minutes. She tried to blame the website grubhub for the long wait saying the delivery times are inaccurate but I guess 3 hour wait times are normal? When we got the food the soup packaging was leaking everywhere!
