I’ve gone to the Imperial Buffet two different times. The first experience was after moving into the green phase and getting to dine in with 3 close individuals. It was a very good experience, and enjoyable. The 2nd time however, was a different story. We dined at imperial for dinner, and after being shown to our tables and asked what to drink, we walked up to the buffet and helped ourselves to everything they had to offer. Now here comes the problem. Our order total was $34.95. We handed the waitress $45.00 (all of our money that we had). After handing her the bill and money, we waited a good 3-5 minutes. No change, nothing in return. So I walked up to the waitress and kindly ask her for my change back. She goes: “I’m sorry... but I am confused. You pay for bill, $34.95, and the rest was tip.” I immediately thought to myself that this isn’t making any sense. $10 dollars that I was owed, and it was taken wrongfully to fill her pockets for a tip. So I asked for my change back and patiently waited for her to come back to our table, and THEY HANDED me back 5 freaking dollars!!! This is unacceptable. I don’t think this is okay, and if you choose to dine here, be aware that they could potentially try to con you out of your owed money/remaining change. Tarnished my experie...
