I've been needing to give the Hanford In-N-Out Burger a bad review for such a long time it's amazing I haven't done it yet. Today was the final straw with them. Never in my life have I had problems with incorrect/bad food at any other location (and I've been to A LOT) but the Hanford one is a consistent failure. It is an embarrassment to the franchise and needs a complete overhaul in the staffing department. I won't go into detail about the various incorrect orders, or the time they put a wet floor sign directly in front of a handicap man, preventing him from being able to get in the building, or the fact that my order total is different 98 percent of the time even though I never change what I order.
