Inca's is the one restaurant I will choose again and again. I'm never not in the mood for it. We have only ordered to go, and it has been delicious every time. We have ordered all the empanada flavors, but like the beef the best (toddler approved too). My husband like the shrimp salad. The seasoning on the shrimp is so flavorful, it makes you want to eat it alone. I prefer the lomo saltado. The steak is cooked perfect every time. I do not care for soggy fries, but in the to go box, the drippings off the steak will seep into the rice and fries making them extra tasty (and not soggy).I hope if they become more popular, they can move to a location where they can be more visible. I'm afraid people won't see them tucked in the back corner. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's a bit pricey, so we don't have it as often as I would like. But the food and service are definitely five stars!
