I just ordered take out for the first time and I was completely disappointed! I ordered a dish that should have had lots of good chunks of potatoes and there were none! It doesn't seem as though they put their heart into the making of their dishes! Total Bummer!

In a rush, I accidentally placed an order online to this location (meant for India Bistro on Roosevelt). As soon as I realized my mistake I called to tell them I was on my way. It was shortly after 8 but their phones were already off. When I arrived there was still people dining but two of their staff were masking non-compliant with it down below their noses and their hand sanitizer empty. Not a fantastic first impression. They handed me my bag of food. When I asked about my chai they informed me they had none. They reimbursed with me cash. I was about to leave when someone came out and told me they were also out of kheer. He was a little argumentative saying they don't even serve it anymore because too much was wasted. He directly stated I should have called to find out the details of my order and I had to remind him that online order platforms shouldnt also mandate a call and I had tried to call (twice). He looked at his phones and found them off. Unamused but reimbursed for both I left. When I got home I found they had also not included my pakoras. I called back knowing it was a long shot anyone would answer but they did. He again began to argue with me now declaring I hadn't ordered pakoras. I offered to send him a copy of the receipt when he back stepped and said he believed me. He requested I drive back to Ballard to pick up cash for reimbursement but I refused and demanded the credit be applied back to my card. Whether it was is yet to be determined. Trying to brush off the so far negative experience I figured maybe the food I did receive would be good. Nope. The garlic naan was fine - standard nothing notable. The paneer tikka masala was completely lacking in flavor. It tasted as if a they added a couple spices to a can of tomato sauce...
