I have had the eggplant parm dinner several times. It is always amazing. The one dinner fed me and my son and had leftover for lunch the next day. It's even better the day after. Even My son who is a chef was impressed by the sauce. Whatever your doing keep doing it. The sauce is definitely homemade. I would definitely recommend this place. wish i had a picture, but didn't know it was an option.

All the tomato flavor is cooked out and what's left is a slip and slide for the cheese to fall off the slice. The cheese: With a thin coating of cheese of top, this might be the...
