So convenient for staying when having surgery. This is our second stay in just a few months. They have affordable valet ($20 a night) and an elevator directly to surgery check in. Unfortunately because of Covid the restaurant is closed. I recommend the Inn even with no food service.

the rooms have comfy beds but the bathroom is very small and the HVAC is loud. the guest elevator is broken but the service elevator works. the hotel has no food service because the restaurant is closed for Covid. the staff are very helpful.

The Inn at Virginia Mason has been our go-to place to stay while in Seattle for many visits. Until this visit we have never been disappointed. During our two nights stay no one refreshed our room and the only response we got from the front desk was "Oh sorry housekeeping leaves at 5 p.m." We were without the bathroom essentials early in our visit and had to hunt them down. This is not what we have had in the past and certainly not what we expected from The Inn at Virginia Mason. If we choose to stay here again, I guess I'll bring my own toilet paper.
