We had brunch at Isabel's rundown one fine Sunday before a movie at Hoffman theatre since it was pretty close and made perfect sense. The food was pretty good and the service was pretty good as well. Not sure why the place is named rundown.

Update 5/31/2015 - Sunday brunch was amazing! The atmosphere was very friendly and the champagne kept coming! Great vegetarian options, excellent spinach omelette and crepes. Upping to 4 stars. Dog friendly!!! Management lingered at table. Was hostile during exit. Left without paying. Weather wasn't the best. Was asked to stand outside in pouring rain. Rice was delicious along with brussel sprouts and vegan bacon. Honestly the food was 4 stars but customer service averages out to two. One corkscrew in establishment. Wine was warm but we gotta see the chef cook. Music was outdated but we made it work. Will come back. Was treated like family
