Food was super authentic and delicious!  We ordered the shrimp har gow, pork shumai, steamed pork dumpling, pork porridge, baked bbq pork bun, deep fried meat ball, daikon cake, and bbq pork rice noodle.  Every single dish was amazing!!!!!! The interior was very clean, beautiful, and modern.  The staff was attentive and great at answering our questions. They were constantly clearing our table of used dishes and checking that our tea pots were full of hot water.

Mmmm, dim sum...I've tried and enjoyed dim sum in New York and San Francisco, but it seemed like options were pretty slim around here. Inspired by a New York friend's recent lunch in Chinatown, I did a local search and was pleasantly surprised to find several choices. Since I had errands in the area, It Dimsum became my lunch choice. When you're seated, you're handed a laminated menu with pictures and descriptions of the various noodles, dumplings, and dessert options. I chose deep-fried meat balls, seaweed salad, and baked BBQ pork buns. They also offer congee, soups, noodles, roast duck and pork, and fried rice. I was very pleased with my selections, which are served as they are finished cooking. The seaweed salad is a good basic version of this dish and made a nice companion to the meats. The pork buns are brushed with a tasty sweet glaze which contrasts beautifully with the savory pork filling. The meat balls arrived last - piping hot, crispy on the outside and filled with ground pork...
