The food and the service were both great. The restaurant does get crowded and the wait to be seated wasn’t ideal. However, the pros far outweigh the cons and we’ll most definitely be back.

Nice atmosphere, very clean. All of the food was delicious (we passed most of it around to share because it was so good), and our server (Jake) was friendly, fun, professional, and attentive.

What is wrong with this place? It's a good thing they never read any social media comments about them. Simple post today... I called in a to-go order of a pizza, antipasto salad, veal parmigiana, and meat ravioli.... not a trivial expense. It took just over 15 minutes to drive there. I then waited in the restaurant for over 40 minutes to get my food.. they said they were busy... not my problem, sorry. So I make the 15 minute drive back to my house and all three hot items are ice cold, no warmth at all. Plus they got the sides wrong... In my opinion the only thing worse than a horrible restaurant is an inconsistent restaurant. You never have any idea what the outcome of your order is going to be at this place. For our family, Italiano's is officially on our list of restuarant to never visit for any reason. This so sad because on that rare occasion they get their act together, their is very good.
