I’m always skeptical about franchise restaurants but We’ve never had a bad meal here … the ribs are delicious and the steaks are always cooked perfectly. We tried the Cajun trout special and it was amazing. I especially love the tuna bomb appetizer

Overcrowded and noisy. The service was bad for the price, not a formal dining quality. Chatty waitresses and really horrible unfriendly hostesses.

Every month my friends and I meet at a restaurant and talk about all kinds of stuff. The flavor of the month was J. Alexander's restaurant. We really enjoyed our evening, we were eight and everything went smoothly. Our server was Jasmine and she did a great job taking great care of all of us, extremely efficient. I love a nice cold Guinness and I was surprised to see that they had some. I had the calamari and the French dip with fries. One of my friends had the Ahi tuna and he said that it was the best he ever had. In a nut...
