Horrible customer service from the owner What an awful experience and I feel the need to share..we had over $100 worth of Gift Certificates to one of my favorite restaurants J. Dominick's Trattoria we went to use them tonight and because they changed ownership they will not take them despite the fact that I had called and they had said they would. There was no communication on social media or on their sign outside that they frequently update with messages~I had a baby 9 months ago and we haven’t really been out much for that reason. Needless to say I won’t be back! ????
