I recently returned to J Peters Grill & Bar, and to my delight I found that my first visit was not an anomaly. Dinner and drinks were delicious and the service was great. We opted for a table large enough to accommodate our group but we chose the bar area. It was noisy but the food, service, and, in particular, our waitress, Halie C., did everything possible to make it an outstanding and pleasant event. We have decided to drive up to Anderson from Pickens more often, it's worth the trip.
