Seriously, what does a person have to say to get a hamburger made their way? What does this Jack in the Box have against tomatoes? Three times I've ordered through their drive-through, and all three times, they managed to screw up my order. All I ever want is a Sourdough Jack with only mayo as a condiment. Is that so hard? The first time, I got my mayo only Jack, but it was missing tomatoes. The picture on the menu board clearly shows tomatoes on the burger. Fine, everyone is entitled to mess up an order. Round 2, again Sourdough Jack only mayo. I get a sad-looking soggy bun burger with, you guessed it, no tomatoes. Fine, to err is human, to forgive divine. Round 3, yeah, you guessed it.... Tonight was the last straw, no damn tomatoes. I would call and complain; I probably would get a free burger or a gift card or something, but why? I can only assume that the people there don't care; they probably hate their job. Besides, my trust in people is such that I genuinely believe if I would complain and ask for a fresh burger, I would get it topped with spit or worse. Sorry...
