We waited in a short line for 15 minutes and watched multiple cars leave. We tried going in to order, and the door was locked. We took the Hendersonville exit specifically for Jack In The Box...for my first experience, I'm not impressed...

In a town where absolutely everything was closed for christmas y'all were open I want to thank each person that worked tonight as I was a complete idiot and waited till it was to late to get anything to eat you guys saved the night with great food fast and friendly service and all at the employee sacrifice of their holiday thank you all again I can't say how much it means to some of us

I think they had a change in management or hired some new great people. Typically when I go here they take forever and the food is always old, but today was a great experience. They had a wee big of a line, about 8 cars since it was the day after Christmas. it was fast, everyone was super polite, food was so fresh and great!! They have breakfast all day too! It sucks that they close at 8, but I’m glad they aren’t over working the employees they have because so many places are short staffed right now.
