Maybe it was because it was Christmas Eve but this was by far the worst service I have ever received my fries tasted like undercooked fries they smelled like urine and my milkshake came with a split right down the very middle of the cup from the top to the bottom so before I knew it I had a milkshake in my cupholder

This SO CALLED JACK IN THE BOX IS THE WORST BY FAR! WE ARRIVED AT THE DRIVE THRU ABOUT 1:35 AM ... THE GIRL ACTED AS IF WE WERE ON HER NERVES AND RUSHING US ON THE BOX WHEN THERE WAS NO OTHER CARS BEHIND AT THAT TIME! THE ORDER WAS RUSHED AND BAGGED HORRIBLY AND SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS SECRET SAUCE... THIS WAS A HORRIBLE LATE NIGHT MEAL DRIVE
