Not a good idea to go to their drive thru at night if you are rushing to go somewhere else... I placed our order, then we were ask at the window to wait for our food at the end of their driveway so they can assist other customers, we waited over 15 mins then we rush out and while driving wife noticed our order was incomplete by 40% then we rushed back and faithful waited another 20 mins for then to fix it... so at the point we ended up cancel our family event... Funny because they gave us a free ice cream for the inconvenience and on the way out our daughter dropped it on her pretty dress... so no choice than go home. So next time no Jack in the box or no food period. LOL
