So place is always so disappointing. The food is great but the service absolutely sucks. Went there for lunch. Lady in drive thru was rude. Forgot to give me my drink. I ask for some franks red hot and they give me buttermilk sauce. How the hell do you get the 2 mixed up and not only mix up but you give me 5 of the damn buttermilks. Split it up atleast. Very disappointed once again

The worst Jack in the box ever I go here every night and it's always something store closed or system messed up or they out of something.
