I work night shifts and like to come here for a quick bite, however the woman during the time 4:30am on June 13 was rude and would not answer the intercom. I approached the window and knocked where she told me she could not take our order or run credit card or cash. There was a vehicle before us in the drive through that received their food after he knocked on the same window 1 min before us. I feel disrespected and would not recommend this Jack in the Box. I would also like to add that this is NOT the first time this has happened, this has been going on for several months where they refuse to take orders or even answer the intercom.
