Quality is going downhill and I think it's because they can't keep workers. Staff is changing every week from what I can tell, and tonight the staff didn't know the menu at all. They gave me the wrong burger, I came back and they replaced it... with another, differently wrong burger. Even after I explained to the cashier exactly what I wanted (very simple- #1, bacon swiss buttery jack, exactly as it comes, with fries. Very simple, usually they do it no problem) she still came back with, somehow, the wrong thing. I did not have the energy or patience to go back a third time (and, honestly, what a waste of food! I hate wasting food, especially beef!) And I had very little confidence that they would get it right if I gave them a third try. They also didn't give me a receipt, so I can't leave a review with...

I ordered 2 Sourdough Jack burgers with a coupon. They were the worst overcooked burgers I’ve ever eaten. I won’t be going back to the Bellaire Jack in the Box or any other. Absolutely disgusting!
