Super disappointed by the service here. I was with my aunt as we went through the drive thru. The person taking our order was incredibly rude, shouting through the mic and berating us. When my aunt calmly asked why she was so angry, she cooled down a little. When we pulled forward to get our food, the lady did not say a word, gave our food, and just walked away. Even if you're having a bad day, this is inexcusable.

The mistake was made in assigning stars for the December 14 visit. No stars is probably appropriate. I visited February 05, 2022 and overall nothing has changed. I did not purchase.

Terrible experience at this Jack and I hate to say it, but it's true! Ordered via the Jack in the Box App and chose to get food delivered to me (which was a short distance of a couple of blocks) and never received my order! I was sure charged for it though! Terribly slow service when you do go through the drive-thru, workers seem uneducated about how their own system works - because when I'd call and ask, one employee said it must be "with the bank, the refund", another claiming it was Uber's responsibility when UBER NEVER PICKED IT UP, and when I did get to a manager, she claimed she couldn't give such a large amount BACK TO ME without approval of "higher up". Ridiculous.
