Went there 1/27/22 the guy took the order never gave me my total nor repeated my order...I sat in drive thru thirty minutes drove back around he answered the speaker again and never said anything else....If he was working by himself he should have said so i was on my break....#Angry Customer

Pull up to drive thru, guy working asks me what I want but as soon as I say my order, complete silence. 3 other people including me had zero service.Spent 30 minutes in line for no food and a guy clearly ignoring people at the window. Spent my entire break for nothing.Seems to me whoever worked the overnight 1/26 into 1/27 is just there to ride the clock and not actually work.

I am a truck driver. And I'm giving this Jack in the box 2 stars because I was not served throught the drive thru as a walk up. I know they can make any rule they want so I was polite and just left. But come on. How is a truck driver supposed to eat at night if they don't have a little compassion. All their food gets delivered by truck. Thanks Jack.
