So went to jack in the box tonight and ordered a combo but only got a sandwich, I asked about the fries and drink and was told that I only got the sandwich. Since I was tired I didn't want to complain so I told him that I was gonna go back around and pay for them separately. Went around the drive thru and he told me that they were temporary closed. Jack in the box 24/7.

Lady at the window worst attitude ever rude didn’t even wanna talk got my order completely wrong and on top of that tacos we’re cold ♂️ Ordered 10 nuggets for my kid got 7 jalapeños poppers instead.I’m sure if the lady at the window could of been more in garaged at her job she would of caught the mistake can’t blame it on rush I was the only customer there

I eat here 2 to 3 times a week. Never had a problem before and they've always been nice. But last week they made a mistake said to come in. another day and they would fix it. I went back today, They still gave me the wrong sandwich again and it was almost burnt. They were rude and I'm not sure why I got punished for their mistake in the first place.
