So.. we normally order here at this jack in the box and most of the time don't have issues. (Other than missing items its not a big of a deal and sometimes being closed with supposed to be 24hr) BUT like another comment made, my husband was told they were not taking any orders through drive thru. He was told to download the app to order. So he did and said payment was accepted. After about 15 minutes he drove around to see if it was ready and the employees were not there. He drove around again and there were no cars parked around the jack in the box or at the gas station. The only cars there were the other poor people also told the same thing about ordering through the app to get their food. We will sadly not be coming to this establishment until better employees are hired or management investigates on what's going on at this location. We now will have to wait to call for our refund for food we did not receive.
