I’ve never commented on this location as much as I already should have. They need to fire almost every one of these people as they do not care about customer service or sanitary needs. They need to give a raise if that’s what it takes to the very very few people that are good at their customer service which is probably only a hand full thus far. They take forever to take your order, they don’t wear gloves every time, even if one of the few people that are good at taking orders you always find your way back in a long line to tell them they forget to put items in your bag. Hire new employees all around, cooks, orders, and even managers. They need to pay very close attention to this location and their employees and let go of all the ones that are not doing their job. Drive thru was a long wait!! I spent right at 22 minutes in line on my lunch hour. Maybe pull cars around and keep the line moving like other establishments.

If 4am is when your machines go down every day then your hours should change this has been several times now unless your employees are not telling the truth and just don't wanna work this is easily the worst Jack in the box I've ever visit but it is the one by the house so I frequent often simply horrible service
