When they are open , they inform you that they are cleaning ! Never going back!!!!!!!!!!

Went thru drive-thru. Screwed up my order, didn't give me my receipt, didn't give me my kids' chicken strips. Tried calling over & over but they would not answer their phone.Not even a busy night for them. Manager either not there or really needs training.

Please save your money. And spend it anywhere else. Even another jack in the box is okay. There’s another one on Highway 6.Alvin Local here. I can speak for multiple people. This is an absolutely terrible restaurant. They constantly sell not fresh food that was most likely on a heating rack for well over an hour just because they don’t want to do extra work.
