7;30 am people in drive thru.. nobody is helping us.. I move forward to the window and lights are off and nobody is inside.. so I parked out front for a min to figure what I was going to do.. the. Two cars showed up and finally unlocked the doors. I checked hours and they were supposed to be open.. so now I’m late to work with no bfast ♀️ This location has really gone down.

I went to this location on Sunday 9:30 PM and the service was horrible! I had placed my order through the Jack in the Box app and said my order would be ready in around 5-8 minutes. I drive to the place and wait 10 minutes in the drive through until an employee finally speaks. He says that the kitchen was cleaned and he could not take any orders?? I tell him that I had placed my order already and he said "sorry can't do anything". I asked if he can cancel it, and he says he can't do anything about it? He tells me to just google it and find out. The closing time is at 11 PM according to google and the sign in the front of the store. It was more than an hour and a half until they closed. The employee was rude and I wasted my time and money. As I drove off I saw there was two employees too! I have no idea what they do in the last two hours then. If I could I would give ZERO stars! Would avoid this location!
