So I handed in a survey coupon. For a great Jack in the Box in Port Authur, TX. I come here there's no placement chart. Guys telling girls, he's not making it again. So instead of a manager being on counter, she's yelling at everyone. Please don't make me run this HOU/BEA...for Mr. KAHN...because we'll be the best and the entitled trash can go back to TacoBell. Outside of the long wait time, the food was fresh and made-to-order. If you're in a rush, this particular fast food location might not be ideal. However, if you do have the time to wait, it's worth it. The drive-thru staff could be a little bit more friendly, too. Service with a smile never hurts!

I went there this morning before my shift started hoping to get breakfast before my shift. I was told the store was closed for the day which I thought was odd. I arrived at 7:36 and as I turned into the parking lot 2 other cars followed me into the drive thru who were also turned away. I ate lunch at the Taco Bell later today at 11 as I looked over to the very same jack in the box only to see that they're open today and the drive thru is packed. Very disappointed in this establishment and management. I will not return to this location ever.
