Came twice with family during 3-day Disneyland vacay. Loved the Cluck sandwich! 24-hour drive-through is awesome.

Absolutely awful service!! I went through the drive through earlier with my family. We ordered 3 kids meals with curly fries. We pulled up to the window and were handed our meals. We checked the bag, thankfully, and noticed that our curly fries were just regular fries. We kindly mentioned that we asked for curly fries and were rudely told that curly fries don't come with kids meals and you would have to upgrade to a small. No big deal, although at every other Jack In The Box I have been too offers curly fries in the kids meal. Instead of informing us kindly at the window, the 2 workers copped an attitude with me. He charged us $1.30 to upgrade our regular kids fries to curly fries. They snatched the bag from us and had nothing but an attitude. When fixing our order the workers rolled their eyes and were very obviously making rude comments about us. These employees have given me some of the worst customer service I have ever had!
