I went to this location for their breakfast during lunch time since their breakfast was labled as being served all-day. Unfortunately that was not the case. When I arrived at the drive-thru I placed my order and the person taking my order was quick with an attitude to tell me "We aren't doing breakfast right now." I was quite confused as even outside on the drive-thru menu the same banner was displayed on how breakfast was served all day. Quite dissappointing honestly. This location could use a menu change if that's what's needed and possibly new staff, I never feel welcome here.

Just very poor customer service. It was a late night order and you probably don’t want to be working, but you still try to fake it. Just bad hard fries and bad attitude. Night shift is not good

I've made a report and still nothing I guess since we really didn't purchase anything, but we purchase from jack in the box at least 3 times a week.. halloween night my 15yo went all out for Jack we made him a jack mask, looking forward to having dinner at jack in the box and when we walk in, already inside waiting to order, we get a guy tell us to go through drive thru Brevard they don't have anyone to take orders so we left across the street to raising canes.....
