Never had an issue before other than excessive waiting but this is just not okay. Waited 10 mins out front and this is the hash brown I get. Food was also cold.

They need help. The food is fine just poor service. Either they don't have enough staff or they are closed all together. There operation hours don't match and they are never available on the app for mobile orders. So we usually have to drive to another location. Where are the managers to run this location? It's gone seriously down hill

They're dine in is closed in the middle of the day? With no sign or anything. They want you to use the drive thru with slow service and while I placed my mobile order to pick up at the counter. Poor management at this Jack in the box.
