Horrible place. It smells and they don't keep up on the janitoral services and the food is freaking cold. Don't go here they suck. Never again !!

Nothing is more inviting than to pull into the drive thru of a Jack in the Box to get some breakfast on a rainy day only to see a homeless man ranting, raving, gesticulating, and lifting his shirt...blocking the drive-thru exit. While waiting he even had the courtesy to urinate on the dumpster enclosure so those of us waiting in the drive thru for our FOOD could enjoy the ambiance of the new California. Then, I was in such a hurry to leave, since I saw my opportunity to avoid this jerk (and his urine puddle) as he pirouetted to my right, I didn't check my change. Not a big deal but when did cash registers start giving incorrect change? Only when the worker puts in the incorrect amount that was tendered. Gave $20.25 for a $16.24 bill...she only entered $20. Again, in my haste to remove myself from this precarious position (blocked by a lunatic in a drive- thru) I didn't notice I wasn't given my two coffees. In summary: crazy, urinating man in drive-thru, incorrect change, and no coffees. Great way to start the day. I love the fear factor alongside my breakfast.
