This is my goto spot for my craving for Jack in the Box tacos. Hot and crispy. I have never bit into a hard to chew undercooked taco like some of the Jack in the Box tacos I've eaten. I'm very picky about how the tacos are made. This Jack in the Box is the best I've tried. Tacos are made fresh, hot and crunchy like I said.. The drive thru service is A1. They are respectable and kind. I live by a Jack in the Box 2 mins from my house, but I'll drive the extra 5 mins to this location for the service and food.

The staff is friendly especially Brenda. She seems to be the only staff member that takes safety measures while working with food and customers. I no longer visit weekly because the staff never wear mask nor social distance. There is always new staff members and nobody not even the managers wear a mask. I WATCH them closely deal with customers, cash and credit cards. Sometimes even touch their cellphone which is in their back pocket.. Then they bag your food, and also be in contact with hundreds of customers. The least your staff could do is wear a mask.You are in direct contact with a customer at that drive through window. Let's do better !

The customer service is okay as well as the food. Beware they don't give receipts, If I go there I always pay with cash, because if I was to use my card I would want a receipt.
