The management is rude and customers have to damn near threaten the employees to use the restroom.

Came to this Jack in The Box today and found this nasty HAIR BALL in my taco and the employee had the audacity to laugh about me bringing a taco back. This is disgusting beyond words. Not only was there a hair ball in the taco but the employees were rude, we were missing food and the cook had her mask under her chin and WAS EATING as she was in the back cooking. DISGUSTED.
