First of all this place closed way too early then the website says!!! Came at midnight and it was already closed!!!! When I check online it says it closed at 2am..and this isn’t my first time here the lady taking the order is soo RUDE!!!!!!!!

Today I decided to indulge in fast food. Usually in this scenario I will pick a more gourmet option in Los Angelis but I felt that I should try something more suburban. Usually I only review for my publisher but this experience left an impact on me and how I will see this chain forever. Today I drove into Jack in the Box and ordered a number 16. The women taking my order confirmed what it was in a rude manor. I pulled up to the window and was not greeted nor was I spoken to besides with the phrase "sauce?". I told her that I would like some teriyaki sauce. From behind the window I overheard another woman say "Ew!" In my head I thought "Well, teriyaki sauce usually goes on teriyaki." She gave me my bag of food in a way which was more of a borderline toss. I said thank you with a smile but only received a view of the workers back as she gossiped to her coworker. I made it to the parking lot where I checked to see if my order was complete as one does. But alas! There lay a ten piece chicken nugget where my bowl is supposed to be. "No problem" I thought as I made my way into a parking spot. I walked in and the two were still gossiping. I walked up and am older woman I presume was the manager (they weren't wearing name tags like the company enforces with each franchise). She asked me "What?" With a crude glare like I was disturbing her from a sleep. After I greeted her I respectfully stepped forward and explained that my order was incomplete. My chicken was missing its teriyaki.
