The food wasn't fresh the staff wasn't friendly and they took way too waiting long to complete our order.

This has got to be the worst jack in the box in the USA at least in California and I've been to probably 75 locations in the past 10 years. The pot heads that work here almost never get your order correct and their shake machine has been "down" for the past year but only after the pot heads come on shift. They are garbage and i think we'd be better served by another Starbucks rather than the idiots that work at this jack in the bo...
