My food was wrong and i had food missing. which is terrible considering the drive thru girl made me repeat everything twice. U could atleast answer the phone ontop of that.

Ordered a milkshake for myself & my 2 yr old son. The cups they use are very poor quality. My cup cracked & leaked in my truck. When I gave my son his milkshake it cracked right when he grabbed it. Luckily we were home and I was able to transfer the milkshake to a better cup. Jack In The Box, please discontinue these cups & make them better.
